Catering Overview

As a general catering overview, our minimum rate is the greater of $1,125.00 + HST or $9.00 per person + HST. The minimum of $1,125.00 + HST covers up to 125 servings and generally speaking, includes four to six custom gelato flavours, a minimum of one live server, service in cups and waffle cones, between two and three hours of service, and transportation within one hour of the Greater Toronto Area, Greater Calgary Area, and Greater Sudbury Area (additional travel and/or fuel surcharges may be applicable for events greater than one hour in distance). We have volume discounts and special pricing in place for larger events. We provide gelato catering throughout the Greater Toronto Area, the Greater Sudbury Area, and the Greater Calgary Area for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, movie sets and more! We are able to provide options from groups of 100 all the way to groups of 5,000+!

How to Book Gelato Catering for Your Event

Our Gelato Food Truck

Our custom built gelato food truck is typically used for outdoor catering events.  It has the capacity to serve small intimate parties of a hundred guests all the way up to a thousand guests.  Once we pull up to an event, we switch over to our emission free generator, the truck is completely silent and we are ready to serve within minutes.  The truck is so unique, it often leaves a long lasting impression with guests.

Depending on the venue, we have completed service inside various halls and venues –  indoor service is possible!  Many venues have internal loading docks with access into common areas where we complete service.  For indoor events, our truck is turned off, put into neutral and slowly moved into the serving spot.  Indoor service from our our gelato truck is a show stopper!

Our Gelato Cart

Our Italian sourced, vintage gelato cart is typically used for indoor catering events.  It has the capacity to serve small intimate parties of a hundred guests all the way up to a thousand guests. 

Depending on the venue, we have the ability to operate without power giving clients flexibility to move around the cart to better suit the design and flow of the event! 

Our Table Top Unit

Our mini table top unit is perfect for smaller events. The unit has the ability to serve up to four customer gelato flavours. The table top unit is ideal for indoor events.
